In Tennessee and with Park Trust Development Chastain worked with Bob Parks to develop Princeton Hills in Brentwood, Ashton Park and Willowsprings in Franklin, and Stratford Hall in Murfreesboro. CoHousing Partners, LLC, was born out of a decade-long working relationship between Wonderland Hill Development Company and McCamant & Durrett Architects (M&D). As a single firm, CoHousing Partners makes available its services of project management, financial management and community building.
